Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO and ELECTRON. We do not charge for any item until your order is verified and it is ready for shipment. We will confirm your order by email for verification.

This is a secure site. But should you prefer not to pay online you may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.

Please Note: Minimum Order Value (excluding delivery):
£5.00 for UK delivery
£10.00 for delivery outside the UK

Standard shipping charge applies to UK Mainland destinations only, however some scottish postcodes may incur higher charges. Destinations away from the mainland i.e Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and others will also incur higher delivery charges. We will notify of higher charges, and await your confirmation of acceptance, prior to any goods being dispatched

Shipping And Handling:
Whilst we try to do everything in our power to ensure that parcels arrive on time by prompt attention to your orders, we can never guarantee delivery by a specific date but will deliver within the time indicated in our acceptance. We use reputable carriers, and to keep our prices at acceptable levels, we have negotiated rates for their standard service. However, should you wish a more immediate delivery, we are happy to quote for an enhanced service. For instance, if the parcel is for delivery to any part of the world (except UK) we can use FEDEX. For deliveries to UK destinations, we can use a "Next Day" service, from day of collection. Please contact us for further information.

We will ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation or your cheque. If there are any problems we will email you immediately.

If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the date given in our acceptance then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

Certain food items may be prohibited in a country to which they may be sent. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you find any damage you must tell us as within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods we will at our discretion either refund the purchase price or provide replacement goods at no cost to you.

If we decide to provide replacement goods we will be deemed to have complied with our obligations under the contract and no claim can arise out of your rejection of the original goods.

Delivery Schedule:
You will normally receive your order within 5 working days. International orders are generally received within 14 days.

UK delivery prices quoted are for 2nd Class delivery. If you need delivery on a specific day please contact us with your requirements.

You will receive an order confirmation/acceptance and delivery date within 24 hours of sending your order

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition or are not to your complete satisfaction, please contact us by telephone, fax or email within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or defective items to be sent to you free of charge or credit you with a full refund.

You may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Because we supply food products we must insist that any goods returned which are not faulty or damaged must be returned in their original packaging with the containers still sealed. If goods are being returned for reasons other than fault or damage, the return cost will be borne by you. You will however be refunded the cost of the goods within 30 days.

At M&B we work hard to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service. If for some reason you are not a hundred percent satisfied with our goods or standard of service please contact Graham Scott. We will endeavour to give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged at the latest within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days at the very latest. Our contact details are below.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
