Lindy Smith is a gold award winning cake designer who specialises in creating original novelty and colourful celebration cakes. Lindy often appears on television demonstrating cake decorating techniques. She also runs workshops and demonstrates at various events and exhibitions throughout the UK. She writes regularly in sugarcraft magazines and has three books to her credit. The latest being 'Creative Celebration Cakes' out in June 2003.
