Our marzipan is made from a blend of Californian and Mediterranean almonds for a smooth distinctive natural almond flavour.

With an almond content of 25% it is supple enough for cake covering, modelling decorations and sheeting. Available as either white or golden or we can mix your own colours on request.

Marzipan keeps well for 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
